As students and independent filmmakers, we depend entirely on your generosity to help our project become a reality. Your support for ‘OJALÁ’ is not only a contribution to the film but also an investment in our futures as filmmakers. Any donation you can make toward our film, no matter how small, will make a difference.

AFI has provided us with a $13,000 grant. We need your help to raise the remaining funds to see the film through to completion. Our goal is to raise $55,000 total, and we need 80% of it by October 5, 2011, so please donate today by clicking HERE!

Each donation counts! Here are just a few examples of what your donation can cover:

$25 will pay for an actor’s travel reimbursement for one day.
$175 will pay for lunch for cast and crew for one day.
$250 will cover makeup expenses for the entire shoot.
$500 will cover the cost of camera lenses rental for a week.
$1,500 will cover a casting director.
$3,000 will cover renting our chicken bus.
$5,000 will cover the post-production cost, including sound design, composing, color correction, etc.

We also gratefully accept in-kind donations of goods and services or professional assistance in your field of expertise.
